The FRA Project

We were commissioned by the Fashion Retail Academy to lead the hair and makeup direction for a multi-channel campaign spanning bus wraps, billboards, and digital platforms.

Working Closely With Teams

Working closely with the wider creative team, we developed a refined yet expressive approach to beauty that enhances each model’s individuality while maintaining a cohesive, contemporary aesthetic. The direction focused on clean, confident skin, subtle texture, and modern styling, ensuring the looks felt both aspirational and accessible to a new generation entering the fashion industry.

Given the scale and visibility of the campaign, versatility was key. Each look was designed to translate seamlessly across formats, holding its impact from large-format outdoor placements to high-resolution digital environments. Attention to detail in finish and tone ensured consistency across all imagery while allowing personality to come through in every frame.

The final result is a polished, inclusive campaign where hair and makeup play a central role in expressing identity, confidence, and creative ambition.
